Use of Artwork
You are not allowed to use or reproduce my artwork in any way without prior permission. This includes personal, for-profit, reposting/sharing without credit, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), AI, or any other medium.
For in-stock Shopify shop items, it may take me 2-5 days to package your items. This time does not include shipping.
3rd party vendors, print-on-demand, and crowdfunding services will have different timelines, please check with those services for shipping details.
Orders with preorder items in them will not be shipped until all preorder items arrive. If you would like them shipped separately, please place separate orders.
I ship items using USPS first-class mail. I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS. Please refer to the USPS website for current service delays.
If you happen to live in Colorado, or are visiting an event I will be at, pickup can be arranged.
If you are outside of the US/Canada, please contact me directly for shipping options!
Customs and import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering from me. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Unfortunately as an independent artist, I am unable to meet the tax or shipping law needs in the following countries and cannot ship to them: Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, and Ukraine. I hope this changes in the future, thank you for your understanding!
In an effort to provide recyclable and reusable packaging, your item may arrive without additions such as backing cards, cello bags, etc. Any packaging you receive should be able to be recycled or reused!
Returns and Exchanges:
I will accept accept returns or exchanges of unopened or damaged merchandise within 15 days of original delivery. Please email [email protected] if you have any problems with your order!
I am not responsible for delays due to the post office as they are out of my control, but I will help communicate with postal services.
